Discovery classes are Abundant Life’s new member’s classes – five course levels designed with the new Christian in mind. At Abundant Life, discipleship is experiencing, growing, serving, sharing and modeling Jesus Christ. We encourage all new members to commit to the Discovery journey – ALC’s discipleship pathway of growing in Christ and finding purpose in Him. Discovery 101
Membership
Discovery 101 is a basic introduction to Abundant Life Church and was designed to guide individual believers toward a successful Christian walk. Discovery 101 covers the key topics of New Birth salvation, having and maintaining healthy relationships, the importance of pastoral leadership, and how to have a Christian family.

Maturity
Discovery 201 focuses on the basic practices of Bible reading/study, personal devotion, prayer, fasting, praise, giving and fellowship that every Christian needs to develop in order to grow to spiritual maturity.
discovery 301
Ministry
God is consistent in His plan for every Christian’s life. He would not give us inborn talents and temperaments, spiritual gifts, and all sorts of life experiences and then not use them. By reviewing and studying these factors, Discovery 301 is designed to help each believer discover the ministry God has for them…the unique way God intends for them to serve Him.

God has given every Christian a story to tell – a story that will change people’s lives. The Lord saved us so that we can reach others with His Gospel. Discovery 401 focuses on every Christian’s mission to share God’s love, grace and mercy with others by helping you learn how to tell your story of what God has done for you.

Modeling
Real Christianity is about life change, not just about religion. Discovery 501 teaches the principles of modeling Christ – how to let Christ shine through everyday living.
Discovery 101
Membership
